A ventilation block — also called a jali block or breeze block — is a precast concrete unit with openings cast through it. Stacked into a wall it lets air and daylight pass while keeping the wall solid enough for privacy and security.
Rates depend on the pattern, block size, colour and quantity. Simple air-vent blocks are the most economical; deeper patterns such as Camera and Both-side Finishing cost more because they take longer to demould. Send us the pattern and rough piece count on WhatsApp for a quotation.
They help. Air moves through the openings instead of stopping at a solid wall, so heat does not build up behind the facade, and the block itself shades the wall from direct sun. They are commonly used on stairwells, car parks, kitchen walls and west-facing facades.
Common sizes are 8" × 8" and 10" × 10" at 60mm, with larger screen panels at 60" × 42" — 50mm for boundary work. Custom moulds can be made for repeat volume.

Yes. They work well as room dividers, stair screens and courtyard partitions. Both-side finishing blocks are the right choice indoors because both faces are cast clean.
Ventilation blocks are non-load-bearing. They are built as infill panels inside a frame or on top of a solid plinth, which is how they are used in every wall we supply.
