A Reliable Piling Company in Bangladesh for Safe Construction
Most land in Bangladesh sits on soft alluvial clay and loose silty sand with a water table only a metre or two below ground. On that kind of soil a building, bridge or factory floor cannot rely on a shallow footing, so the load has to be carried down to a firmer layer through piles. Choosing the piling company is therefore one of the first and most important decisions on any serious project.
Next Gen Construction has worked on deep foundations for more than 20 years and has completed over 500 piling projects. Our work covers residential buildings on tight Dhaka plots, commercial towers, bridges and culverts, and industrial sheds with heavy machine loads. We follow the pile layout, diameter and depth set by your structural engineer and the SPT soil report, and we keep every pile recorded. Cost-effective piling means the right method for the soil and no failed piles to redo.

Piling Company in Bangladesh: Foundation Experts from Soil Test to Execution
Good piling starts before the first bore. We review the soil investigation report, the pile design and the site itself: access for rigs, neighbouring buildings, overhead lines, drainage and space for the rebar cage and concrete trucks. Where the soil data does not match the site, we raise it with the engineer before work starts.
On site we use our own hydraulic rotary rigs and tripod percussion rigs, with casing pipes, drill rods, tremie pipes and cage handling gear. Bored holes are stabilised with casing and drilling fluid, flushed clean, fitted with the reinforcement cage and concreted from the bottom up through a tremie pipe. Each step is logged: bore depth, soil changes, cage length, concrete volume and cut-off level, whether the job is a residential building or a large infrastructure project.

What you get with Next Gen
20+ years in piling
Two decades of deep foundation work in Bangladeshi soil, from small residential plots to large infrastructure sites.
500+ piling projects
A long track record of bored and sheet piling jobs, with crews used to the soil problems found across the country.
Own rigs and gear
Hydraulic rotary rigs, tripod rigs, casing, tremie pipes and cage handling equipment from our own fleet, so mobilisation does not depend on hiring.
BNBC-compliant work
Piles built to the engineer's design and BNBC requirements, with records of every bore, cage and concrete pour.
Nationwide deployment
Teams and machines can move to sites across all divisions, including river crossings and remote industrial zones.

Our piling process, step by step
- 01
Review drawings and soil report
We study the pile layout, loads and SPT report, then confirm pile type, diameter and depth with your engineer.
- 02
Site survey and setup
We check access and neighbours, set out pile positions from the grid, and plan rig movement and concrete delivery.
- 03
Boring with casing
A temporary casing is set at the top and the hole is drilled to design depth, with drilling fluid keeping the walls stable in soft soil.
- 04
Flushing and cage placement
The bore is flushed to remove loose soil at the base, then the welded rebar cage is lowered and held at the correct level.
- 05
Tremie concreting
Concrete is placed from the bottom up through a tremie pipe, kept below the rising concrete, until sound concrete passes cut-off level.
- 06
Records and handover
Every pile is logged and handed over with as-built data; integrity or load tests are carried out where the engineer specifies them.
A Piling Company for Commercial and Large Infrastructure Projects
Commercial buildings, bridges and industrial plants bring high column loads, lateral forces and, near rivers, scour and changing ground. These jobs usually need larger diameter bored piles taken deeper, sometimes beyond 50 metres, and a team that can keep several rigs working in sequence. Our fleet and crews are set up for that kind of programme, including night work.
Challenging soil is normal here: thick soft clay, running sand, filled land and old ponds. We plan the casing length, drilling fluid and concreting method for those conditions and agree a realistic schedule with the client and consultant. We do not promise impossible dates; we give a clear plan, update it honestly, and work to finish on time and within the agreed scope.

Bored cast-in-situ vs driven precast piles
| Factor | Bored cast-in-situ pile | Driven precast pile |
|---|---|---|
| Vibration and noise | Low, suits dense urban plots next to existing buildings | High, hammer driving can disturb nearby structures |
| Diameter and depth | Wide range of diameters, depths beyond 50 m possible | Limited by section size, transport and handling length |
| Soil adaptability | Depth can be adjusted on site as soil layers are found | Fixed length; cutting or splicing needed if soil differs |
| Quality control | Depends on clean base, cage placement and tremie discipline | Pile made in a yard, but can crack during driving |
| Typical use in Bangladesh | Most buildings, bridges and heavy industrial foundations | Open sites with space, where vibration is acceptable |
Questions people ask
How do I choose a good piling company in Bangladesh?
Look for a company with its own rigs, experienced site engineers and a track record on similar soil and building types. Ask how they control bore depth, flushing, cage placement and tremie concreting, and whether they keep a record for every pile.
What types of piling does Next Gen Construction do?
We carry out bored cast-in-situ piling of a wide range of diameters and depths, and steel sheet piling for excavation support, retaining walls and riverbank protection. We handle everything from micro-piles on dense Dhaka plots to deep marine and bridge foundations.
Do you need a soil test before piling?
Yes. A soil investigation with SPT values is the basis for pile design, so your structural engineer can choose the pile type, diameter and depth. If you do not have a soil report yet, we can advise on what the investigation should cover before the design is finalised.
How long does piling take for a building?
It depends on the number of piles, their diameter and depth, the soil and site access. A small residential job may take a few weeks, while large projects run for months with several rigs. We give a programme after reviewing your drawings, and it is a working estimate rather than a fixed promise.
How much does piling cost in Bangladesh?
The price depends on pile diameter, depth, the soil report, the number of piles and site access. Send your drawings and soil report and we will prepare a free quotation for your project rather than giving a general rate that may not fit your site.
Can you work on narrow plots in Dhaka?
Yes. Many of our jobs are on tight city plots beside existing buildings. Bored piling causes little vibration, and we choose rig size, casing and drilling fluid to protect the neighbouring structures. We can also work at night where road rules require it.
Does your piling follow BNBC?
Our piling is carried out to the structural engineer's design and BNBC requirements. We record bore depth, cage details and concrete volume for each pile and support integrity or load tests when the engineer specifies them, so the consultant can review the foundation.
