Professional Piling Service in Bangladesh with Practical Solutions

Not every site needs the same pile. A five-storey house in Mirpur, a bridge abutment on a river char and a basement dig in Gulshan each call for a different method. Our piling service gives you access to the main options used in Bangladesh: bored cast-in-situ piles, driven precast piles, steel sheet piles for earth retention, and micro-piles for very tight plots or strengthening work.

The method is chosen with your structural engineer, based on the SPT soil report, the design loads, the space available and the risk to neighbouring buildings. Our skilled crews then build it with our own equipment. With 20+ years in this work, we know where each method performs well in Bangladeshi soil and where it causes trouble, and we say so early.

Affordable and Reliable Piling Service in Bangladesh

Reliable piling is what keeps a foundation affordable. A pile that collapses during boring, has a soft base or a broken concrete column costs far more to fix than to build properly. We use hydraulic rotary rigs for larger and deeper bores and tripod percussion rigs where they suit the site, with casing pipes, drilling fluid and tremie concreting to keep each pile sound.

Precision comes from the basics done carefully: piles set out from the grid and checked, holes kept vertical, bases flushed clean, cages held at level and concrete kept continuous. We keep rigs, cages and concrete moving in sequence to keep the programme tight, and our teams can be deployed to sites in every division, including night work where city rules require it.

What you get with Next Gen

All main pile types

Bored cast-in-situ, precast, sheet and micro-piles from one contractor, so the method fits the site instead of the other way round.

Design and soil review

We read the soil report and pile design before quoting and raise any gaps with your engineer early.

Own rigs and crews

Hydraulic rotary rigs, tripod rigs and vibratory hammers from our own fleet, run by crews who do this work every day.

Built to the drawing

Pile positions, verticality, depth and cut-off level are checked against the design for every pile.

Every division

Teams and machines move to sites across Bangladesh, from city plots to river crossings and industrial zones.

How we work

Our piling process, step by step

  1. 01

    Enquiry and documents

Share your structural drawings, pile layout and soil report. If any are missing, we tell you what the engineer will need.

  2. 02

    Method and quotation

We suggest the suitable pile type and rig for your soil and site, then send a written scope and free quotation.

  3. 03

    Mobilisation and setting out

Rigs, casing, tremie pipes and cage gear arrive on site; pile points are set out from the grid and checked.

  4. 04

    Boring or driving

Bored piles are drilled under casing and drilling fluid to design depth; sheet or precast piles are driven to level.

  5. 05

    Cage and concrete

For bored piles the base is flushed, the rebar cage lowered and concrete placed continuously by tremie from the bottom.

  6. 06

    Records and testing support

We hand over pile records and support integrity or load tests where the consultant specifies them.

Comprehensive Piling Service in Bangladesh for Safe Foundations

Our end-to-end service starts with a structural and site assessment: we review the drawings, soil data and access, and flag gaps such as missing boreholes or piles too close to an old wall. Then we mobilise, set out, bore or drive the piles, place cages and concrete, and keep a pile-by-pile record of depth, soil, steel and concrete volume.

Bangladesh has some of the most demanding soil for foundations: deep soft clay, loose saturated sand, filled ponds and riverbanks that shift with each monsoon. Our experienced engineers plan casing depth, drilling fluid and pile type for these conditions and support integrity or load testing when the consultant specifies it, so the foundation can be checked before the structure goes up.

Which piling method suits your site?

MethodBest suited forPoints to consider
Bored cast-in-situ (rotary rig)Large or deep piles for high-rises, bridges and heavy industryNeeds space for a bigger rig and steady concrete supply
Bored cast-in-situ (tripod rig)Small and medium buildings on tight plotsSlower per pile; needs careful flushing and tremie work
Driven precast pilesOpen sites where vibration is acceptableFixed lengths; driving noise near existing buildings

Micro-pilesVery narrow access, low headroom, strengthening workLower capacity per pile, so more piles are needed
FAQ

Questions people ask

What does your piling service include?

It includes review of the drawings and soil report, method selection, mobilisation of rigs and crew, setting out, boring or driving, cage placement, tremie concreting and a record for every pile. Integrity or load test support is included when the consultant specifies it. Any extra items, such as material supply, are agreed in the written scope.

Which piling method is best for my building?

Your structural engineer makes the final decision based on loads and the soil report. For most buildings in Bangladesh, bored cast-in-situ piles are used because they cause little vibration and their depth can follow the soil. Sheet piles are used for excavation support, and precast piles suit open sites.

Do you provide piling service outside Dhaka?

Yes. We deploy teams and machines nationwide, including Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barishal, Rangpur and Mymensingh divisions. For remote or riverside sites we plan transport, water supply and concrete access before mobilising, so the rig is not left waiting on site.

How long does a piling job take?

It depends on the number of piles, their diameter and depth, the soil and site access. Small jobs can take a few weeks, larger ones several months with more rigs on site. After reviewing your drawings we give a working programme, which is an estimate rather than a fixed promise.

What is the price of piling service in Bangladesh?

The price depends on pile diameter, depth, the soil report, the number of piles and site access, as well as the scope you need from us. We do not publish fixed rates. Send your drawings and soil report and we will prepare a free quotation within 24 hours.

Can you do piling next to existing buildings?

Yes. Bored piling with casing produces little vibration and is the usual choice beside existing structures. We check the condition of neighbouring buildings, choose rig size and casing length to suit, and keep the bore stable with drilling fluid so soil is not drawn from under nearby footings.

Do you supply concrete and steel, or only labour and machines?

Both arrangements are possible. Some clients supply concrete and rebar and hire us for boring, cage placement and concreting; others want a fuller scope. We agree this clearly in the quotation so there is no confusion about who provides materials, testing and site facilities.
